How often do you look at yourself and feel your inner self speaking? Many years ago I was also one of the normal insecure girl feeling lost all the time. I am not entirely sure if it was all the heart broken i’ve experienced in the past, or age that have caught up, or the solo travels that opened my mind, or the recent years practicing yoga teaching me to be constantly mindful at things and feelings. I have somehow listen a lot more to my heart and the inner voice I constantly have. Instead of having the little squeaky voice telling me I am not good enough like it used to be, now I am more confident, I am stronger, and I am content. What changed is that I now believed in myself.

You are better, you are good enough, you are smart enough, you are beautiful enough, and strong enough. Believe it and never try to be someone else because if you succeed, that person will not be you anyway! Believe in yourself and never let insecurity run your life ️
