It was bright and sunshiny when we got up to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station. But, as the cruise on pristine Lake Ashi and the ride on the Komagatake Ropeway began, the weather quickly changed to gloomy and foggy. We were unable to see the great views of the surrounding Hakone National Park.
