1. Bridalveil Trail
This short trail can be completed in less than an hour. Bridalveil is the perfect hike for beginners or people traveling with children or other family members. But its lack of challenge doesn’t affect its beauty. The hike leads to a beautiful waterfall and even if you miss the summer mark, Bridalveil Trail is actually open year-round, so you can take another shot at it anytime you like.
2. The Black Forest
Germany’s Black Forest actually has several renowned hiking trails running throughout it. Some are shorter than an hour, others will claim your entire day. No matter what you’re looking for, there’s something in the Black Forest for you. Germany’s Black Forest is considered by some to be one of the first official tourist hikes.
3. Navajo Loop
Back in the United States, the Navajo Loop in Bryce Canyon is a very popular hike that’s only about a mile and a half long but passes through some of the most beautiful canyon scenery Utah has to offer. If you finish the Navajo Loop and feel like tackling some more trails, Bryce Canyon has plenty of other hikes to offer. Most of them are loops so you’re never repeating any sights
