Some days will be rough, some days will be even harder to bear. Most of the time you will feel empty and purposeless. In times like this, I need you to see the horizon and visualize yourself setting for an amazing journey. As you do that, try to look back and appreciate the milestones you’ve achieved, even the simplest and the littlest of steps. Appreciate yourself, be grateful to where you’ve been now and excited for what is to come. It might not do so much in lessening the burden you carry but at least it will put into perspective.
